The perfect keepsake for a loved one. Your choice of a 14x16 frame with a handwritten traditional commemorative with no picture, or a 5x7 handwritten commemorative with your little one's name and stats framed along with a 5x7 photograph (provided by you) in an 11x15 custom wood frame.
For either option, the mat color chosen above will be the "accent" mat color. Main mat will be white. Photographs should be mailed to Wilde Art Co after purchase. Once you have submitted your order I will send you a message with the address to mail your photo.

Please include the following info: Full name of your child (you can include a nickname if you would like), birthdate, time, weight, and length along with any other tidbits you'd like to include on the commemorative.
